Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. This ensures the product remains in a resalable condition. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

If the return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery. In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email at helpdesk@thevapegiant.co.uk, along with clear photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will assist with the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns are not accepted for customer-related reasons, including change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or personal preference after delivery. Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Items Not Covered Under This Policy

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, negligence, or improper storage are not covered under this return policy and will not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing
